You can return any product within two weeks (14 days) from date of shipment except: Cash Registers, Software, Plastic Card Printers or any printer which has been used. These items are NOT returnable under any conditions. All other items returned will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

All merchandise for return requires a Return Authorization code from Register 5 and must be returned prepaid in the original packaging in resale condition.You must return the package whereby a signature is required upon receipt. Contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization Code, which must be clearly displayed on each returned box. Packages shipped to Register 5 without a valid RMA number on the box will be returned unopened. No exceptions will be allowed.

Register 5 is not responsible for shipping charges. Items that were shipped free of charge, and returned, will be charged a shipping fee. When you return a product, it is recommended that you insure the package, and ship requiring a signature upon receipt. Additionally, we strongly suggest that you follow-up with our customer service department 1-2 weeks after returns are shipped to ensure that your package has been received. At minimum, an additional 25% restocking fee will be deducted from any credits issued. If the merchandise is not returned in the original packaging and in new, resalable condition, at Register 5's decision, either the product will be returned to the customer or an additional restocking fee will be applied. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Replacement Merchandise
In order to receive a replacement for returned merchandise, you must place a new order. Register 5 must receive payment for all merchandise prior to shipping any replacements. A temporary duplicate charge will be placed on your credit card until the returned merchandise has been received and processed by our warehouse. Missing Merchandise
Register 5 ships products from many warehouses across the country. Quite often, an order will ship from more than one location. Please allow ample time for all of your products to arrive. If you are sure that somethig has been overlooked or is missing, please call us at 800-706-0780. All reports of missing items must be reported within 10 days after receipt of order.
